In full seclusion and tranquility on 306 acres, and carefully designed to create a harmonious, luxurious and romantic ambience, a Boroka Downs experience promotes total relaxation and individual discovery in a breath-taking natural environment.
A combination of quiet serenity, indulgent five-star comfort, stunning views and exhilarating wildlife - kangaroos at your residence guaranteed! - will ensure that you leave with a wonderful sense of pampered wellness. All five residences are identical, and are almost unseen from the others, with distances ranging up to 120 meters, and screening foliage between them. Tranquility and privacy is assured.
Relax and rejuvenate by candlelight in your generous circular spa with non-allergenic, all natural, essential oil spa gel provided. The entertainment possibilities whilst in the spa are a choice between: the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the native wildlife; when clear, the starry night sky; the television with its DVD player; or the music surround sound system.
Each of the five residences has a complete kitchen installed which includes everything you will need to cook to excellence. Quality equipment including a large refrigerator, Smeg gas cooktop, convection microwave, Smeg electric oven, drawer dishwasher, double sink, all cooking and eating utensils, a La Cimbali espresso coffee machine (fresh Mahalia coffee beans and grinder provided)) and quality glassware, ensure that your culinary experience on Boroka Downs will be a happy one. An electric BBQ is ready for you on the outside decking.
For those who wish to dine out for at least part of the time, Halls Gap is but seven kilometres away. We are happy to advise on eating styles and preferences.
