The retreats are contemporary, with modern Australian styling reflecting the rural ambience. The one bedroom has been designed to suit couples seeking a romantic special place to enjoy time away together, while the two bedroom focuses on fun and sharing times with friends or family.

Hunter Valley Wine Country is one of Australia's most important quality wine growing regions, plus there are also a number of other activities to discover and enjoy. From beautiful art galleries, gardens, bicycle tours, horse riding & hot air ballooning, there are a myriad of things to do. Blackwattle is situated in beautiful Lovedale, home of the famous Lovedale long Lunch and cafes, restaurants and gourmet food shops are just a few minutes away. Even a helicopter ride from the front of your retreat!
