Property Description
Bay of Plenty Lodges derives its name from the Aboriginal word "Booderee" meaning 'bay of plenty' or 'plenty of fish'. The Lodges, reached after a 13 kilometre drive through the rainforests of Booderee (Jervis Bay) National Park, aims to provide guests with a rare escape from the stresses of modern life.
The sound of the ocean replaces the noise of traffic, native wildlife abounds as kangaroos hop through the grounds and native parrots skim through trees, the backdrop is of forest not buildings.
While Bay of Plenty Lodges can be used as a base to explore the historic surrounding districts, its relaxed atmosphere and tranquil beachfront location surrounded by Booderee National park lead most guests to relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of swimming, bushwalking, boating, reading and in the evening meeting fellow guests at the central barbecue facilities.
Accommodation
Bay of Plenty Lodges, located via Booderee National Park on the South Coast of NSW offers stylish 1, 2 & 3 bedroom self contained holiday accommodation.
Our eco cabins, cottages and units range from comfortable to luxurious and are all fully equipped with linen, bath towels, cutlery and crockery and all open onto shaded decks, most with views over landscaped grounds.
